List of Necessary Documents

Russian products delivered under a contract:
- Copies of registration documents of the applicant (PSRN, MTIB);
- Copy of a supply agreement;
- Product description, preferably including its outside appearance (catalogues, brochures and manuals) and scope of application;
- Regulatory and technical documents: specifications, process instructions, etc. (if any);
- Factory test records (if any);
and other documents confirming product safety (ISO quality management certificates);
- Product samples in case of some types of goods.
All documents are sealed by the Applicant.

Standard Russian products:
- Copies of registration documents of the applicant (Main State Registration Number, Ministry of Taxation Inspection Board – MSRN, MTIB);
- Copy of Company’s Articles of Association;
- Product description, preferably including its outside appearance (catalogues, brochures and manuals) and scope of application;
- Regulatory and technical documents: specifications or GOST, process instructions, etc. (if any);
- Factory test records;
- SES’s permit for manufacture;
- Copies of earlier issued Hygiene Certificates and test record sheets (if any);
and other documents confirming product safety (ISO quality management certificates);
Product samples in case of some types of goods.
All documents are sealed by the Applicant.

Imported products delivered under a contract:
- Copies of registration documents of the applicant (MSRN, MTIB);
- Copy of a supply agreement;
- Copy of the specification to the contract or invoice;
- Product description (catalogues, brochures and manuals) and scope of application;
- Quality, safety and hygiene certificates, certificates of origin of the manufacturer (if any);
- and other documents confirming product safety (ISO quality management certificates);
Product samples in case of some types of goods.
All documents are sealed by the Applicant.

Standard imported products:
- Manufacturer’s details, name and address, telephone number;
- Power of attorney form the manufacturer to certify products in the Russian Federation;
- Product description (catalogues, brochures and manuals) and scope of application;
- MSDS originals and their Russian translations (not for all kinds of products);
- Product quality document (manufacturer’s ISO 9000 quality certificate, EU declaration of conformance, TUV certificates, etc.);
- Product sample for tests (for some goods).

Customer / applicant just sends a filled-out certification request to start work
