Pattern Approval Certificate

Pattern Approval Certificate can also be called:

- Certificate of Measuring Equipment;
- Pattern Approval Certificate of Measuring Equipment

A document issued by an authorized state body, namely Federal Agency of Technical Regulation and Metrology and certifying that this type of measurements has been approved in accordance with applicable legislation and complies with the established requirements.

A Pattern Approval Certificate confirms that this measuring equipment has successfully passed technical and metrology tests and been registered in the State Register of Measuring Equipment of the Russian Federation.

A Pattern Approval Certificate is issued based on Russian Law No. 4871-1 of April 27, 1993, On Ensuring Uniformity of Measurements (read with Federal Law No. 15-FZ of January 10, 2003.
